1. What we collect
- Comments: nickname, comment text, time posted, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), and a hashed IP value for spam control (the IP address itself is not stored)
- Visit statistics: the article address visited and daily view counts. No cookies, IP addresses or device identifiers are stored
2. Why
- To publish comments and confirm the author when deleting (nickname and password must match)
- To prevent flooding and spam
- To understand which articles are read and improve the blog
3. How long
- Comments stay until the author or the operator deletes them. Deletion is immediate; a comment with replies remains only as "deleted"
- Hashed IP values are erased automatically 30 days after posting
- Visit statistics are kept only as aggregate counts that cannot identify anyone
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell or share this information. The blog and its database run on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, so data may be processed and stored outside Korea, including in the United States.
5. Cookies and browser storage
No cookies are used. Only your theme setting and comment nickname are kept in your browser's localStorage; they are not sent to the server and you can clear them at any time.
6. Your rights
- You can delete your comment at any time with the nickname and password you entered
- If you forgot the nickname or password, leave a comment on the same article asking for deletion and the operator will remove it
7. Responsible person
The blog operator, HSL, is responsible for personal information handling. Requests are handled through the method in section 6 or by email to coolwin200@gmail.com.
8. Effective date
This policy applies from September 27, 2026. Changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
